• Contact and request forms (Contact us, Get a quote, Trade account, Complaints): name, email, phone, company name, VAT number, country and the details you write in the message.
• Customer account and orders: billing and delivery addresses, order history, invoices and delivery notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the cookies needed for the website to work (for example your session and shopping cart).

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes and handle complaints (steps taken at your request before or under a contract).
• To process and deliver orders, issue invoices and manage your trade account (performance of a contract).
• To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To keep the website secure and working properly (legitimate interest).
• To send newsletters or offers, only if you have given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
