• Customer account and orders: billing and delivery addresses, order history, invoices and delivery notes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the cookies needed for the website to work (for example your session and shopping cart).

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes and handle complaints (steps taken at your request before or under a contract).
• To process and deliver orders, issue invoices and manage your trade account (performance of a contract).
• To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records (legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only where needed: with shipping carriers (PPL, FedEx) to deliver your order, with payment providers when you pay online, with our IT and hosting providers who run this website and our business system, and with public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and quotes for as long as needed to handle them and follow up. Order, invoice and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Czech law (generally up to 10 years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email info@acrogroup.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart and language. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may then not work.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
